The use of bright colors and artless forms are two of the features of Sunset Valley's look. It seems like everything is composed to be concise and a cosy merge seems to be far away. The same applies to Mirabella Plaza, the beating heart of Sunset Valley's shopping centre. That is why I felt the necessity to upgrade this rather boring skyline-determining lot to a intimate Main Street setting.

| It is even disposed of a truck approach. |
 |
| The restaurant has a lovely terrace. |
 |
| The cinema pub even provides an outside bar. |
 |
| And lots of parking area at the back-side of buildings. |
